Volaris Group today announced that its subsidiary Trapeze Group is enhancing its presence and offerings in Scandinavia with the acquisition of CavPlan — a product and subsidiary of the Swedish company Cavagent.
Cavagent is an independent company that delivers ERP solutions, resource management software, e-commerce and CMS solutions. CavPlan is a planning tool dedicated for public and demand responsive transport. Trapeze has acquired the CavPlan business unit and solution to complement the current Trapeze portfolio of solutions for passenger transport.
“This Acquisition gives Trapeze a base for further developing our activities in Sweden. Trapeze already has several customers in Sweden within public and demand transport; by establishing a Trapeze office in Sweden it enables us to better serve both our existing clients and new clients,” said Klavs Vejlang, General Manager of Trapeze Group in Europe.

The CavPlan business unit continues to operate from the location in Täby.
