(“Volaris”) today announced that it has acquired BOSS SOFTWARE (“BOSS”), a leading provider of parking management solutions to colleges and universities throughout the United States. With this acquisition, Volaris expands its footprint in the Asset Management & Logistics vertical.
Based in Lone Tree, Colorado BOSS has been serving the Public Safety, Parking, and Auxiliary Service Departments on Higher Education campuses since 1998. Its core product, BOSSCARS, is a robust parking management software solution that provides real-time integration with campus information systems. In addition, BOSS provides solutions to help colleges and universities monitor campus safety, manage campus housing and assist with new student orientation.
